So, what is Raeda all about?

The science and theories that lie behind safety, great leadership and extraordinary performance are moving at a great pace. In fact, the world in practice is lagging considerably behind the science. It is often hard to keep up with the latest thinking and what it might mean to us.

Raeda provides the links between the latest science and some simple, practical and easy to use methods and conversations that will drive greatness in the world of ‘safety’ and making a difference.

We are a specialist consulting practice here in Perth and we go by the name of Raeda (pronounced Raider). We focus on two things: One is about coaching. Which is mainly coaching coaches, (coaching the leader and manager on how they can coach their staff to have better safety conversations). One client recently described this as ‘coach building’. The second element is about incident investigations, where I help investigation leaders be the best they can be and I talk with leaders and managers about what their role in investigations is.
